WORKING ON PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS
I apologize for the hiatus, I haven't been well enough to produce art these days. Thank you for stopping by!

GENERAL TERMS:

  • Please write in a clear and nice manner.

  • Please provide a reference of your character(s) and as many details as you’re able to provide about poses, outfits, expressions, etc.

  • Research for the character and other things in the commission, if needed, requires an extra fee.

  • If you’re unable to provide me the details I need for the commission, I’ll have to decline your commission and provide a refund if the payment has already been sent.

  • Please try not to send a wall of text.

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. I have the right to cancel a commission and (if necessary) refund the money if I am uncomfortable with the behavior or content.

PAYMENT:

  • Accepting payment via PayPal invoice or Stripe

  • Payment is required before work is started.

  • All prices are in USD

  • All my prices are base prices and may increase depending on the complexity of the commission

  • Sketch and lineart prices are negotiable.

DEADLINES AND PROCESS

  • Please let me know immediately if there’s a deadline you need the art by! Do not let me know after I’ve started work on the commission; I will not put a rush deadline on it.

  • For all commissions, I will offer a work in progress at each stage of art (sketch, lineart, colors, etc). At each WIP, you may request that some details of the current stage be altered. For example, if I send you the colored lineart, you may request that markings be fixed, but not lineart.

  • Major edits after I’ve completed the lineart stage may require a small fee to go through with. After I’ve completed the art, edits will no longer be permitted.

  • Your commission, depending on its size/complexity, place in the queue and other factors relating to personal life, may take up to a month or several to complete.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, am allowed to:

  • Retain ownership over all art that I create, including commissions. (e.g. right to display any art I make on my social media accounts in order to promote my art)

The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright Infringement:

  • Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way) e.g using the commission for NFTs

  • Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • Removing any watermarks/signatures.

  • Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  • You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.

  • If payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • You will be blacklisted from my future commissions.

  • Your presence will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

  • I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

  • Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

- Detailed sketch: + $10 (base price, can change the more complex a piece is)

- Additional characters:

+ $3 each, $5 if canvas gets extended for additional character

Solid-color and transparent backgrounds have no additional cost.

  • Fanart/stuff from other fandoms

  • TF2 loadouts (certain cosmetics are blacklisted, ask for more information)

  • OCs

  • Humans/humanoids

Won't draw:

  • Harmful/blacklisted media or hate speech

  • Harmful/bigoted stereotypes and caricatures

  • Christianity-related art

  • Realistic body horror/gore

  • NSFW or fetish/kink art

  • Etc. (Ask for clarification!)
